Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 5 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 5 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the customer at the supplier's choice.
