Mandatory conditions for KA:
Agreement with the terms of the customer
Payment terms - deferred payment 61 calendar days after the signing of the Act of completed works (if you disagree, specify otherwise)
Provide a reference list for 2021 and 2022 - company name and contacts, cleaning area, number of personnel
The term of the contract according to the TOR
Ensure the delivery of personnel to and from the facility on their own
Ensure the availability of sanitary books for the personnel performing the work
Not to employ persons under the age of 18, persons in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication
Ensuring compliance with sanitary standards (including compliance with quarantine requirements, if necessary: masks, gloves)
Providing meals to employees on their own
Confirm that in case of rendering services with the involvement of foreign labor, ensure the availability of a full set of permits for their work on the territory of the Russian Federation, issued in accordance with the current legislation
Mandatory site visit

Other requirements and explanations :
The cost of the work must be calculated in 1 month.
The term of service provision is 12 months

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
