Accreditation criterion is compliance with all requirements of procurement documentation
The number of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity may be reduced by X5 Retail Group unilaterally, including after the selection of the winner and the conclusion of an agreement with him.
Request for proposals is not an auction and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to select a winner according to the procedure and is entitled to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications. |
