Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Prices filed on ETP for each lot in the procedure currency excluding VAT.
The request for offers is not a Contest (form of bidding) provided for under Article 447-449 of the GC RF and does not entail a legal obligation to the Customer at the Supplier's choice.

The quantity of goods, works, services and intellectual activity results as shown in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the amount that may be select/not selected /exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the duration of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of goods, works, services and intellectual activity results to be purchased can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after choosing the winner and concluding with them contracts.
The request for proposals is not tenable and is not subject to the requirements of articles 447—449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not required to select a winner by procedure and is free to complete it by rejecting all applications.
Participants must be aware of this circumstance and consider it when submitting their applications.
