Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of the application.
It is necessary to fill out and attach the file "_Sharp Pattern KP".
The priority deals with the complex delivery of all items in three formats (MM, MK, MA). If you are ready to take only a part of the positions, it is necessary to reflect this in the KP template.
Only one legal entity can take part in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
No E-signature is required.
