It is necessary to fill in the files contained in the Procurement Documentation:
1. Participant's questionnaire (signature and seal on the forms are required),
2. General information (signature and seal on the forms are required)
3. Study the draft agreement and its annexes!
4. Read the terms of the Technical Assignment.
5. When submitting a price offer for an ETP, upload all the completed and above-listed forms to the files tab, as well as upload the Constituent Documents of your organization (Charter, TIN, OGRN).
6. Attach a scanned copy of the SRO certificate.
7. Attach a document confirming the accreditation of your own laboratory in the Nizhny Novgorod region, or a scanned copy of the contract for the provision of services with this laboratory of your organization.
8. Attach the KP on the letterhead of your organization.(in free form)
