The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
to participate in the purchase procedure, it is necessary to support the following documents:

1. The commercial offer on the letterhead of the Organization should correspond to the technical specification and contain the following information:
- Term of work performance in calendar days;
- Value in rubles excluding VAT (with an indication of the tax system). The cost is specified according to annex № 1 of the technical specification;
- Warranty period (not less than 3 months for performed works);
- Terms of payment (taking into account the requirements of Rusagro GC);
- Acceptable amount of penalties (% for a full week of overdue work);
- Data on business reputation, namely realized projects, thank-you letters, experience of work with group Rusagro;
- Date of preparation and validity of the commercial offer (expiration not earlier than 1 month from the date of issue);
2. A copy of the financial/tax statements for the last reporting period;
