Confirmation of fixing the proposed rates for 1 year
The possibility of fixing the proposed rates for 2 years
Provision of services in accordance with the Requirement Specification
The height of the warehouse ceilings is at least 4 m.
The possibility of processing pallets with a height of at least 1.8 m, weighing up to 1000kg.
The temperature regime of GP storage is from -24 to -18 C
Shipping area - dockwellers or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
Floor, rack storage, pallet storage "pallet on pallet" is unacceptable.
The floor is flat concrete, with anti-dust coating.
The maximum load on the floor is at least 4t/m2.
Fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system (taps/hoses) .
Compliance of the warehouse with regulatory requirements for evacuation of workers in case of emergency.
Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
The presence of a checkpoint (guard post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of an alarm system.
Availability of a video surveillance system in the unloading/storage area.
Video recording archive storage for at least 2 months
Providing access to video surveillance cameras (on request) and unhindered access to warehouse premises to representatives of TD-Holding LLC
Allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claim work.
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment)
Registration of a warehouse in IC Mercury (storage of products of animal origin)
Photo/video recording of the acceptance/unloading zone, storage, for providing an evidentiary base in case of claim work with the RC (transports, under-shipments, re-shipments)
