Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

100% postpay, deferred payment of 28 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of services rendered (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals, correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, of primary accounting documents (invoices, waybills, UPD)).

Mandatory conditions for spacecraft:
1. Payment terms - postpay after 28 business days.
2. An obligatory application of a commercial proposal with a description of the premises and the services offered.
3. The possibility of simultaneous shipment (and-, or - acceptance) of at least 4 t / s (20 ton trucks)
4. The height of the warehouse ceilings is at least 4m.
5. The ability to handle pallets with a height of at least 1.8 m, weighing up to 1000 kg.
6. The temperature regime of storage of HP is from +4 to +20 C.
7. Shipping area - dock-wells or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
8. Outdoor storage, rack storage, storage of pallets "pallets on pallets" is unacceptable.
9. Floor concrete, with anti-dust coating.
10. Maximum floor load - not less than 4t / m2.
11. Fire alarm, the presence of a fire extinguishing system (taps / hoses).
12. Compliance of the warehouse with the regulatory requirements for the evacuation of workers in the event of an emergency.
13. Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
14. The presence of a checkpoint (security post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of a burglar alarm.
15. The presence of a video surveillance system in the unloading / storage area.
16. Storage of the video recording archive for at least 1 month.
17. Insurance of inventory items in the warehouse.
18. Providing access to CCTV cameras (on request) and unhindered access to the warehouse for representatives of OOO TD-Holding.
19. Allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claims work.
20. CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
