Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Mandatory conditions for KA:
1. Payment terms - post-payment on the 28th business day.
2. Specifying the warehouse address
3. Mandatory application of the commercial offer with a description of the premises and the services offered.
4. The ceiling height of the warehouse is not less than 4 m.
5. The possibility of processing pallets with a height of at least 1.8 m, weighing up to 1000 kg.
6. The temperature regime of GP storage from -24 to -18 C
7. The presence of lighting inside the warehouse and on the site, round-the-clock security around the perimeter of the territory
8. Shipping area - dockwellers or cargo ramps, at least 2 units of loading equipment.
9. Floor, shelving storage, storage of pallets "pallet on pallet" is unacceptable.
10. The floor is smooth concrete, with an anti-dust coating.
11. The maximum load on the floor is at least 4t/m2.
12. Fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system (taps/hoses) .
13. Compliance of the warehouse with the regulatory requirements for the evacuation of workers in case of an emergency.
14. Availability of sanitary books for warehouse employees.
15. The presence of a checkpoint (security post) at the entrance to the building / rented premises, the presence of an alarm system.
16. Availability of a video surveillance system in the unloading/storage area.
17. Storage of the archive of video recordings for at least 1 month.
18. Providing access to video surveillance cameras (on request) and unhindered access to the warehouse premises to representatives of TD-Holding LLC
19. Allocation of a personal project manager with the authority to introduce claim work.
20. The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity may participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
