Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.

Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, postponement of payment for 28 calendar days
2. Indication of the warehouse address
3. Confirm the compliance of the Commercial Proposal with the conditions of the Requirements Specification
4. Mandatory application of the commercial offer with a description of the premises and the services offered.
5. Specify the terms of service provision
6. Confirmation of fixing the proposed rates for 1 year
7. The possibility of fixing the proposed rates for 2 years
8. The temperature regime of GP storage is from -24 to -18 C
9. Consent of the contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
10. Mandatory application of a tax certificate (Extract from the legal entity assessment service)
11. Specify the contacts of the responsible person
