| Payment terms: | Payment for services rendered shall be received by transferring money to the bank account specified in the Agreement, upon the provision of services by the Contractor within fifteen (15) working days after signing by the parties of the services rendered without comment, based on the invoice. Together with the act of services rendered NIC provides a list of employees that have passed the periodic medical examination.
In the case of typographical errors (bugs) in these documents the Contractor is obliged to replace them within 1 (one) working day. |
