Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Settlements under this agreement are made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, within 35 (thirty-five) business days after the Buyer accepts the delivered Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS form-12 signed by the Parties to the consignment note (Universal Transfer Document - hereinafter UPD);
- an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements provided for by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- the invoice received by the Buyer for payment.
(The payment terms specified in this paragraph shall take precedence. If you need an advance payment, provide options).
Delivery terms:In accordance with the requirements of this Call for Bidding documentation, the terms of reference (Appendix No.3,3.1 to the Call for Bidding documentation), the draft contract (Appendix No.4,4.1,4.2 to the Call for Bidding documentation).
