Comments:
In the TAP, you must specify:
-Name of the organization, TIN, contact person details;
-Separately allocate the cost of delivery of materials (without application work);
- The cost of coating works (according to paragraphs 24-26 of the TOR);
- The number of personnel involved;
- List of equipment used
- The duration of the work;

Take into account the cost of food, accommodation, temporary isolation (if necessary, observation - 10 days) of the Contractor's personnel at the customer's facility (prices as of the date of the tender procedure):
Meals + accommodation at the Customer's facility - 1500 rubles/person/day (including VAT)
Accommodation in the Magadan observatory with three meals a day:1,900.00 rubles. without VAT

Preferred payment terms: 100% deferred payment within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Acts of completed works/services rendered. The participants' counter-proposals for payment are being considered.

The basis of delivery is the Magadan seaport.

The validity period of the TAP is not less than 60 calendar days.
The contract is attached to familiarize the participants with the corporate requirements of PAVLIK JSC in terms of delivery, payment, penalties, etc.

This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the procedure are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
