Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ... This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

The customer also has the right to refuse to conduct a request for prices at any of the stages, without incurring any financial liability to the Participants.

Participants should provide documents confirming the experience of performing these works at chemical and petrochemical enterprises (letters from customers, etc.).
A prerequisite for participation is the provision of a set of documents specified in the files: "List of documents of contractors", a questionnaire on labor protection.
The contract is valid for 2 years.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
