Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

- cleaners of industrial, warehouse and domestic premises
- container washers / washing cubes and barrels after packaging

Interest on rejection of the application:

1) For applications up to 20 people - the permissible percentage deviation - 0%
2) For applications up to 50 people - the permissible percentage deviation - 5%
3) application up to 100 people or more - permissible percentage deviation - 10%
The average need for personnel, person / shift - 100-150
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
