Auto-extension

Payment terms - 100% post-payment upon completion of work and the provision of the appropriate package of documents for payment.

Comments:
The commercial proposal is requested to be provided taking into account the requirements of the TOR (see the procurement documentation).
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on the appointment of the counterparty's director (with a sample signature.) Copy
6. Financial statements form 1 and 2 for the last closed year Copy
7. A valid office lease agreement (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) Scan.

These tenders are an internal procedure for selecting a contractor, supplier, contractor and should not be considered as tenders in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". Thus, this bidding procedure does not impose on the organizer of the bidding, the customer, the corresponding volume of civil legal obligations, including the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner of the bidding or another participant.
By submitting documents and information to the auction organizer, the bidder confirms his compliance with the qualification requirements established for the relevant auction, expresses his intention to participate in the auction, agrees with the rules and conditions of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
