Comments:
1. The cost of works/services should be stated in the offer in rubles (excluding VAT), taking into account the lack of electricity at the sites, transportation costs and travel expenses, costs of insurance, payment of taxes, customs duties, duties and other obligatory payments;
2. The contractor enters into a contract with specialized organizations for the removal and disposal of drilling sludge. Payment for the disposal of sludge and dismantling of equipment is made after its actual execution.
3. The "Contracting Entity Admission Criteria" shall be used to evaluate the Participant (Contractor);
4. The Customer reserves the right to carry out technical audit of the Participant — the winner of the tender, for compliance with the requirements of the tender documentation, as well as verification of qualifications responsible managers and employees of contractors (subcontractors) organizations on issues of industrial safety and labor protection requirements.
5. The contract with the Participant - the winner of the tender will be concluded on the basis of the draft agreement provided by the Customer.
6. Performance of works in accordance with the indicative schedule of drilling wells.
7. Application of the commercial offer on the letterhead is mandatory.
