Comments:
1. TCH must be drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, signed by the responsible person and sealed.
The participant in the TCH provides a calculation, the full cost of providing the service, payment terms (preference - deferred payment of 60 cd from the date of the service)
2. TCH validity period - at least 60 calendar days
3. The TCH must be accompanied by documents for the right to provide services, as well as those that allow determining the qualifications of the participant: licenses, certificates, certificates, admissions, a reference list of experience in performing similar work for 5 years, statutory documents.
4. If you need to visit the site, take into account the trail. costs:
1. Costs for undergoing quarantine measures:
- on average RUB 1,700.00-1,900.00 excluding VAT per day per person with three meals a day;
- during the quarantine period (7 days), tests are taken twice - 2,553.00 rubles. excluding VAT per person for 1 analysis.
2. For the period of work performance:
- costs of living and kicking on the territory of JSC PAVLIK:
meals: - 677.64 rubles including VAT
accommodation - 629.82 with VAT.
