Payment terms:
Payment of the cost of actually performed work is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the receipt of the invoice and the act of acceptance of work. The acceptance certificate of work is provided by the Contractor up to 3 (three) days after the completion of work.
Delivery terms:
at the request of the Customer, during the term of the contract;
the contract is valid for one year from the date of signing.

Comments: 1. Requirements for the applicant:
- the contractor’s experience in performing similar services on similar engines;
- the contractor performs services under the supervision of RMRS;
- the presence of the contractor certificate RMRS on recognition of the contractor.
2. The list of works subject to pricing is available in the procurement documentation. Participants must indicate the ETP total price at unit prices attached to the procurement documentation of Appendix No. 1 to the contract.
3. The following costs of the Contractor are not included in the cost of work:
- the cost of delivering a specialist to Astrakhan by rail and air transport there and back;
- the cost of specialist delivery to Astrakhan with service vehicles there and back;
- travel expenses per specialist per day associated with finding specialists on the way to the place of work (including waiting for transport, staying on the way, meals, accommodation on board);
- accommodation in a hotel in Astrakhan, person / day;
- the cost of spare parts for repair;
- the cost of transporting the tool, spare parts and equipment to the place of work and back.
These costs are agreed by the parties separately and set at actual costs.
4. The contract is valid for one year from the date of signing. With fixing prices for the entire period of the contract.
5. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
6. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.
7. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, should be displayed positional detailing of the services offered.
8. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
