- list and cost of services in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference;
- terms and conditions of payment;
- terms of service delivery; $
- experience and recommendations in this area; $
- the existence of a license to carry out this type of activity;
- availability of specialists and experts trained and certified in industrial safety;
- the validity period of the offer.
Also, to participate in the competitive selection, it is necessary to submit copies of the following documents:
1) Certificate of state registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
2) Certificate of registration in the IFTS;
3) Notice of registration in the IFTS as the largest taxpayer (if the Organization is registered as the largest taxpayer before 2006, the Certificate of registration as the largest taxpayer);
4) Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
5) Documents confirming the powers of the persons signing the Agreement and the primary documents (orders on appointment of the director and chief accountant, powers of attorney containing the corresponding powers);
6) Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form 2)) on the last reporting date with a note of acceptance of IFTS (including the receipt of TCS, in if the company reports to the IFTS electronically);
7) Certificate from the IFTS on the status of payments on taxes and fees;
8) Founding documents;
9) Licenses required for the provision of the service.
