When submitting proposals it is necessary to attach:
LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AS PART OF THE PARTICIPANT'S APPLICATION:

1. The participant's questionnaire by form (see Appendix 1 in the file notification of the procedure)
2. Commercial offer that meets the requirements of the Terms of Reference, listing all the requirements of the Terms of Reference. When providing analogues, specify the positions to which the analogue is provided.
3. Statutory documents (charter, order on appointment of general director, order on appointment of chief accountant, certificate of INN, OGRN)
4. The lease agreement of the premises in which the member's office is located.
5. Balance sheet for the last year, including profit and loss statement, with the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization
6. Copy of the Director General's passport (basic data and place of registration)
7. Carrier liability insurance agreement and insurance policy (provided if a car transportation contract is planned to be concluded with the audited organization)
8. Documents confirming the Participant's compliance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
