· Срок работы компании на рынке перевозок не менее 5-и лет (юр. лицо);
· Компания должна являться плательщиком НДС;
· Оборот денежных средств компании должен быть не менее 30 млн. рублей в год.
· Наличие автотранспорта в собственности свыше 20 ТС.
· Выделение персонального менеджера (лица, которые могли бы в любое время ответить на интересующие нас вопросы);
· Оформление по нашему договору ТЭ (с возможным протоколом разногласий)
· Отсрочка платежа 10 к.д.
· Наличие действующего полиса страхование ответственности с лимитом ответственности по одному случаю не менее чем 5 млн. руб.
ТС должно быть в исправном техническом состоянии. Кузов автомобиля не должен иметь повреждений и мест для доступа к товару, должен иметь места для пломбировки, крепления тента и т.п. Кузов должен быть чистым, без посторонних запахов, с исправным полом и тентом.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
