and selected the winner: "NPF "SITEKOM" OOO – (Bidder 1) (Сунчаляев Р.Н.) submitting a bid dated of 28.09.2020 23:53 totalling to 730 000,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT)
Обоснование: В соответствии с подп. 12.13.9 Положения о порядке осуществления закупок товаров, работ, услуг ЗАО «Инновационно-производственный Технопарк «Идея», в случае, если по итогам отбора участником запроса предложений признан только один потенциальный участник или ни одного потенциального участника, запрос предложений признается несостоявшимся.
При этом согласно подп. 10.1.11 (в) Положения, если процедура закупки признана несостоявшейся в связи с подачей единственной заявки, а указанная заявка и подавший ее участник признаны приемлемыми возможно заключение договора с единственным участником запроса предложений.
