| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing by the Parties of acts of acceptance and transfer of the services provided and the Contractor submits an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Clause 5 of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. |
