Payment terms:оплата выполненных Исполнителем работ осуществляется в любой, не запрещенной действующим законодательством форме. Заказчик перед началом работ перечисляет Подрядчику аванс в размере 100 % от стоимости договора. Этот аванс уплачивается в пятидневный срок после подписания договора.
Delivery terms:2.2.2. Исполнитель разрабатывает эскизы Рекламы (не менее 3 (трех) оригинальных эскизов, не являющихся вариантами одного изображения) и предоставить их Заказчику в срок не позднее 3 (трех) дней после подписания договора. Окончательный эскиз утверждается Заказчиком не позднее 4 (четырех) дней после подписания договора. Срок изготовления до 20 августа 2011 г.
