Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, as follows, 100% within 30 calendar days from the date of provision of services. Other payment methods are being considered. Delivery to the place of work and return of finished products to the Customer at the expense of the contractor and is included in the cost of services.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is not more than 30 working days from the date of transfer of raw materials by the Customer.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The cost of services should be unchanged for the entire period of the provision of services (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
