Payment terms:Payment for the cost of actually performed work is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice and the acceptance certificate. The acceptance certificate of work is provided by the Contractor within 3 (three) days after the completion of the work.
Delivery terms:the term of the work is 90 days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the device

Comments:
1. Requirements for the applicant:
- the contractor has experience in performing services for this type of equipment, with confirmation of the existence of concluded contracts for the provision of repair services for DP Kongsberg systems for the last 2 years;
- the company must be registered on the market at least 3 years ago, and also be active.

2. Delivery of the device to the manufacturer and back is the responsibility of the Contractor.

3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.

5. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, a positional detailing of the services offered must be displayed.

6. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
