I ask you to submit an Application for participation in the prescribed form (Appendix No. 2) and all necessary documentation in accordance with the rules of the procurement procedure (Appendix No. 3).
I draw your attention to the fact that violations revealed during the filing of the Application may serve as a basis for rejection of such a qualification application.
