Dear participants!
It is necessary to fill in the files in the procurement documentation:
1. Participant's questionnaire (signature and stamp on the forms are required),
2. General information (signature and stamp on forms are required),
3. When submitting a price offer on the ETP, unload all completed and above listed forms, as well as download the Constituent documents of your organization (Charter, TIN, OGRN). Fill in the commercial proposal on the basis of the table "Number of samples (samples) by type of laboratory research" in the Terms of Reference.
In the lot, indicate the total cost for all types of samples.
4. Attach the Draft agreement from the side of the Participant.
Only if these conditions are met, your organization will be considered as a potential finalist for this tender.
