Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor sent a request for commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The proposal must be uploaded before the filing deadline, after which the documentation will be checked, technical negotiations (possibly) and the bidders allowed to bid.
3. The participant must submit a proposal in the form of a completed EXCEL Table (in the form in the attachment), a full package of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity), with a reference list with similar work experience.
4. Incomplete tender proposals are not accepted.
5. The Organizer / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notice, the Organizer has the right to reject without explanation of reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, not meeting the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with the terms of payment, presence / absence of advance payment, deadline for performance of work, guarantee for work)
