Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
