according to clause 1 of the specification:
Transportation of empty and loaded wagons following from Chemical and Chemical Plant railway stations to the places of freight operations and back on non-public use tracks owned by LLC "Tolyattikauchuk"/ leased by LLC "Tatneft-Trans", including ensuring the current maintenance and safe operation of non-public railway tracks, switches and access roads for rent by Tatneft-Trans LLC
1. In the bid for participation, the Bidder of the Lot indicates the price conditions, which are determined by the formula - the cost in rubles per ton of cargo, while shunting works are included in the cost of delivery and cleaning of wagons and are not charged separately (Appendix No. 2 to the specification).
2. Track length: 26 331.50 meters.
There are:
56 switches located on the tracks (of which:
48 are manual;
8 – centralized);
45 crossings (of them:
1 – Adjustable (equipped with automatic traffic light alarm);
44 – unregulated);
3. The estimated quantity is 50,000 tons per month.
Working conditions/provision of transportation services:
1. Works/services include, inter alia:
- delivery, placement of wagons at the loading/unloading sites;
- cleaning of wagons from loading/unloading sites;
- shunting operations (cargo transportation) on non-public roads.
2. Works/services are carried out with the involvement of own locomotive and drafting teams of the lot Bidder with full maintenance of locomotives, including fuel and lubricants.
Working conditions/provision of services in terms of maintenance and safe operation:
1. Current maintenance: including, but not excluding otherwise, cleaning of snow and ice, debris and unwanted vegetation of railway tracks and adjacent territory, switches and level crossings using special equipment, tools and materials belonging to the lot Bidder.
2. Safe operation: including, but not excluding other:
- regular inspections of the adjacent roadbed;
- regular inspection of the tracks for malfunctions and defects;
- constant monitoring of the operability of all elements of the upper structure and other parts of the infrastructure of the transport system;
- in case of detection of any malfunctions - elimination by own efforts or organization and/or carrying out repair works of non–public railway tracks and elements of its infrastructure using special equipment and tools belonging to the lot Bidder.

2. Monthly, during the entire term of the contract
To provide services under this Agreement, the Contractor's staff must have qualified personnel: foremen, foremen of the way, fitters of the way, who have specialized education, skills and work experience in accordance with the established requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in this area. Have passed the relevant training and have proof of qualification and training, with experience in the structures of JSC "Russian Railways". To carry out daily inspections of the track and switches, the Contractor must have employees at least the foremen of the track who have been trained in working with the track tool, who have the skills to carry out inspections and measurements of railway tracks and switches of different brands.
Responsible employees of the Contractor must have the skills of maintaining primary technical documentation (PU-28, PU-29, PU-30, etc.) in accordance with the current regulatory documents in the field of railway transport, as well as the ability to draw up inspection reports and accounting documentation for the write-off of the IMSP.
Working conditions/ The provision of services under this lot is set out in detail in the text of the agreement attached to this lot.

14) The presence of level crossings - 45 pcs. the coating is partially rubber cord coating, concrete, 2 sleeper coating.
15) There are oversized seats in the serviced area: high platforms, canopy supports, observation, drain overpasses, entrance gates of hangars.
Regarding item 2 of the specification:

Comments: In case of violation by the Contractor of the terms of the contract for the provision of services, the Customer has the right to suspend the contract with the issuance to the Contractor of all documentary costs incurred as a result of violation by the Contractor of the terms of the contract.
1. The lot is indivisible, the prices for services are uniform.
2. The range of cruising: Russian Federation, Samara region, Togliatti, Chemical and Chemical plant stations KBS railway, non-public roads, exhibition routes LLC "Tolyattikauchuk" Togliatti.
3. It is necessary to submit the price conditions by filling out Appendix No. 2 to the specification.
4. The cost of the Contractor's services is increased by the amount of VAT established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 164 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
5. The estimated volume of cargo transportation is not considered as an obligation to present the entire specified volume (taking into account the option) during the term of the Contract.
6. With lot Bidders with whom the Lot Organizer has valid contracts, the proposed price conditions may be fixed in writing by concluding additional agreements.
7. Lot Bidders, when placing a commercial offer, must attach:
1) Charter, certificate of TIN, OGRN, document confirming the powers of the signatory under the contract, buh. reporting for the last reporting period, certificate of absence of tax arrears, certificate that no liquidation or bankruptcy procedures have been initiated against the Bidder,
2) The average number of employees; licenses, permits, certificates of membership in the SRO, documents confirming the qualification (training) of employees necessary for the performance of works/ services.
For lot Bidders with whom there are valid contracts, the provision of constituent and registration documents is not required.
The Bidder of the lot guarantees:
- compliance with the regulatory requirements for the safe movement of railway transport and the rules for the operation of railway infrastructure and is responsible for their compliance.
- for the entire period of rendering services, it has all the necessary licenses and permits for this type of activity provided for by legislation and other regulatory legal documents of the Russian Federation.
