Payment terms:Payment for the goods under this Agreement is carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Supplier and the Buyer of the relevant documents confirming the fact of delivery of the goods under this Agreement (TORG-12 consignment note, invoice and / or other unified transfer documents) without comments , based on the invoice. The cost of the paid product is set in the Appendix

1. Agreement with the draft supply agreement and annexes for goods, see the section: "Procurement documentation"
2. The winner of the procedure must provide scanned copies of documents according to the attached list in the section "Procurement Documentation"
3. The deadline for fixing prices in rubles at the stage of concluding an agreement with the winner AND until the full fulfillment of obligations under the agreement.
4. The Supplier shall bear the warranty obligations for the goods.
5. Signing a contract in our form, the form is attached in the tender documentation
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
