Payment terms:" Расчет за оказанные услуги производится ежемесячно, в размере 1/12 от стоимости договора, (за месяц) производится в следующем порядке:
– 50% (пятьдесят процентов) стоимости оплачивается Заказчиком путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя по истечении 45 (сорока пяти) календарных дней с момента приемки оказанных услуг (за месяц);
– 50% (пятьдесят процентов) стоимости оплачивается Заказчиком путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Исполнителя не ранее 90 (девяноста) и не позднее 180 (ста восьмидесяти) календарных дней с момента приемки оказанных услуг (за месяц) и/или векселями сроком оплаты по предъявлению, но не ранее 90 (девяноста) и не позднее 180 (ста восьмидесяти) дней с даты эмиссии."
