Good afternoon,
Dear Bidders!

PJSC MegaFon announces the start of preparations for the procurement procedure to select a supplier to provide fuel for the technological sites of the Siberian branch of PJSC MegaFon.
The purpose of this stage is the preliminary qualification of Bidders.
Companies that have successfully passed the pre-qualification will be invited to participate in the procurement procedure.
To participate, I ask you to fill out and send the following documents in Excel format:
• Appendix 1 General information
• Adj.2 Application form for participation
• Adj.3 Lot No. 1 gas station DSU
• Adj.4 Lot No. 2 Shipment in a container

We offer you to familiarize yourself with the draft Terms of Reference (in the attachment).
At the stage of Prequalification of Bidders, a technical proposal does not need to be prepared.
The completed request must be sent to the site, or to the email address pavel.andrianov@megafon.ru until 14.00 Moscow time on 11/23/2023
