Auto-extension

The participant with whom the contract will be concluded, before concluding the contract, is obliged to provide the following documents at the request of the Customer:
1. The Charter (with all additions and amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. An extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities received no later than 6 months before the deadline for submitting the current offer.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign the contract:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
