Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Other requirements and explanations:
The KP must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the download documentation.
1. The total amount must be reflected in the KP. The cost must be final, firm, and include all additional costs. expenses.
2. The period of rendering services from the moment of sending the application to the Contractor.
3. The warranty period for the services.
4. Specify the validity period of the KP

Participation is free of charge
An EDS is not required.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
