Auto-extension

3.1. Settlement for the rendered Services is made in the following order:
- final settlement with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance of the services provided, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the act of acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor or in other ways that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
