Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed by the Contractor is made by the Customer upon completion of the work under the Contract (according to the corresponding stage of work under the Contract) within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the documents established by the Contract confirming the performance of the work, subject to receipt from the Contractor of the originals of the following documents: Contract, Specification, executive documentation, Invoice, Invoice-invoices issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract. Payment for intermediate works is not made.

Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Participant of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, is obliged to open a settlement account in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) within 5 (five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was made.
Delivery terms:The contractor performs the work within the time limits determined by the Work Schedule.
Georeferencing:Location of the object: Russian Federation, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Oymyakonsky ulus district, Drazhnoye deposit, Taryn Gold Mining Company JSC.
Comments:
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
