| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery signed by the Customer - acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's invoice during:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - industry organization (without price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.
