Dear participants of the request,
ADG Group informs about the procurement procedure for the selection of a supplier for the provision of services for the organization and holding of regular MTC events in the network of district centers "Meeting Place" (8 district centers are open, 8 are planned to open in 2021-2022) for a period of 12 months and invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to participate.
Examples of event formats: Organization and holding of a master class for children and / or adults; Organization and holding of a scientific show for children and adults in a room provided by the customer; Organization of a musical group performance at a venue provided by the customer; Organization and holding of a children's disco; related services related to the organization and holding of events. Only a part of the possible formats is listed.
The first stage of the procurement procedure is pre-qualification selection, in which participants are required to:
1) fill out the compliance questionnaire (file "01_Anketa of compliance with requirements");
2) sign the NDA (files "02_consultation of confidence_a-Propertis" and "02_consultation of confidence_edisonergo");
3) fill out and provide a letter of guarantee (file "03_ Warranty letter").
A complete set of procurement documentation, including the terms of reference, will be provided to participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection within the next stage of the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
