Payment terms:
Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment Payment is made in rubles of the Russian Federation within 30 calendar days after delivery and provision to the Customer of the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates. The cost should include: the cost of materials, production, packaging, labeling of boxes, delivery to the buyer's facility, loading and unloading at the buyer's facility throughout the Russian Federation.

The accreditation criterion is compliance with all requirements of the procurement documentation
The quantity of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the volume that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity can be reduced unilaterally by X5 Retail Group, including after selecting the winner and concluding a contract with him.
The request for proposals is not a tender and the requirements of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation do not apply to it. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
