Обоснование: Признать процедуру ОЗП по организации перевозок пассажиров и багажа легковым такси, а также по организации иных услуг, доступных для заказа с использованием Сервиса, оказываемых Службами Такси, Корпоративным Пользователям для нужд Волжского филиала АО «ЮНИС» в 2023году на основании п.5.5.13 Приложения 2 к Положению о закупках АО «ЮНИС» и п.1.4.12 закупочной документации несостоявшейся - подана только одна заявка. Заключить договор с единственным участником закупки согласно п.5.5.14 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках АО «ЮНИС» , подавшим заявку на участие в закупке, на условиях, предусмотренных извещением о проведении закупки, документации о закупке и по цене.
