Comments: The submitted technical and commercial proposal should consist of two parts - technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with an imprint of the seal. The list and composition of works should be indicated in the technical part and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit rates, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the Technical and Commercial Proposal may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the Technical and Commercial Proposal will presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform.
