Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Auto-extension

Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction). Price: the price is given for 1 m3 and must be indicated in Russian rubles without VAT (in the commercial proposal indicate with VAT or without VAT);
2. The commercial offer must contain the model, brand name of the proposed equipment, in accordance with the positions specified in the table, clause 5 of the TK
3. Reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
4. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
5. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies without making any changes. A sample form template is attached to the tender.

IMPORTANT!
Participants who have submitted
not a complete list of the equipment necessary for pumping out the ZhOU (for 4 brigades), indicated in table 1 of this Terms of Reference.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery / execution time, guarantees, price, advance / post-payment, provision of advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
