Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Comments:
The commercial offer must comply with the terms of reference and contain the following information:
1. Name, location (for a legal entity), surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence (for an individual), bank details of the Participant;
2. The vehicle ownership/lease (the bridgeset of supporting documents is required);
3. Price: the price is submitted for 1 m3 and should be indicated in Russian rubles without VAT (in KP specify with or without VAT);
4. Delivery time (in working days or calendar days);
5. Warranty term/shelf life (on the shopping mall, works, services, etc.);
6. Payment terms: 100% delay of payment no earlier than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
7. Reputation data: implemented projects, experience of working with Rusagro Group, readiness to provide a full set of documents of financial and tax reporting (attachment of reports for 2017-2018 is mandatory);
8. All information from TK should be contained in the Commercial Proposal (otherwise the KP will not be accepted);
9. Date of preparation and validity period of the commercial offer (expiration of the validity period not earlier than 1 month from the date of issuance);
10. Preparedness to work under the model contract yes/no; $
11. Acceptable amount of penalties in case of violation of the term of fulfillment of obligations;
12. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.
On average, at 1GA the CAC provides permits for the application of the HOC from 25m3 to 60 m3 per 1GA.
In order to conclude the contract, the participant must provide a full set of statutory documents in accordance with Annex 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
