Payment terms:
. Payment is made by cash on cashless settlement by payment order within 15 banking days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the act of executed services for transportation and provision by the Carrier of the documents specified in paragraph 3.10. of this Agreement.
Within 5 (five) working days from the moment of delivery of the cargo to the destination and issuing it to the authorized person, the Carrier signs and sends to the Customer the Act on performance of works (on rendering of services). The Customer shall, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the said Act, sign it or, in the case of claims, shall send a reasoned waiver to the Carrier, indicating the circumstances impeding the signing of the Act and the time limit for Their removal by the Carrier.
Delivery terms:
equipment is Moved by individual application from the Customer. Rates for KM. The results of the tender are concluded for a year.

Comments: Average mileage of one unit of equipment – 1000 km
Tariffs should include:
1. 1 year Fixation
2. VAT 20%
3. Fuel. Only fuel cards can be refilled at large network PETROL stations (Gazprom, Lukoil, Rosneft)
4. Additional fuel when receiving equipment from plants with empty tanks
5. Operating fluids and urea, filled to the norm according to the Regulation on interaction with TC
6. OSGO Policy and/or Green Card (in case of re-routing to/from RB)
7. Driver's Salary, travel allowances, DSA, NDFL and other taxes with the FFO
8. Accommodation, travel to the place of reception of Technics and return from a place of delivery of technics
9. Costs for telephone, hoz. Expenses, Contractor's profit
10. Compensation of broken glass elements in 100% size
11. Free time for acceptance and surrender of equipment during interregional transportations – from 09:00 till 24:00. In fact – up to 09:00 track slave of the day
12. Simple driver at the fence of equipment from the city of residence
13. Provision of the required number of drivers within 2 days from the date of application, taking into account the export of 50% of volumes during the last decade of the month.
Additional expenses subject to prior written agreement and compensated according to the supporting documents:
1. Ferry
2. Toll Road
3. Accelerated Return of the driver, taxi
4. Pre-sale preparation, on request
5. State Fee for receiving transit numbers
6. Equipment Washing, ON demand
7. Equipment Repair, tire installation, evacuation
8. Additional expenses are charged and compensated on the basis of documentary confirmation 1:1, without additional surcharges and profit of the contractor
It is Forbidden to use the equipment for the purpose of the distillation. If such precedents are identified, the contract will be terminated, and the contractor shall compensate the fine of 50 000 rub.
1 priority contractor will be selected for this lot based on a comparative analysis of the estimated cost of services and compliance with operational requirements. The Tariffs proposed in the framework of monitoring are fixed for a year. Tariff Revision is possible on a quarterly basis, subject to the change of the average consumer price per liter of diesel/petrol fuel in RUSSIA, published by the Federal State Statistics Service of the RUSSIAN Federation (ROSSTAT), by more than 5% compared to Average cost of fuel for the previous quarter.

The contract will also include the following additional charges:

Check-in-1500 rub. + VAT 20%
Washing: PAZ-1000 rub. + VAT 20%
HIGER-1200 Rub. + VAT 20%
The Rest of the large equipment-1700 rub. + VAT 20%
