3. Fill in Appendix No. 3. Financial assessment by presenting in Excel format;
4. Provide the balance sheet (form 1, form 2) for the last two reporting years (2019 and 2018) with the mark of the IFTS;
5. Fill in Appendix No. 5. A letter of submission of the proposal, providing in PDF format (scan with signature);
6. Fill in Appendix No. 6. A letter of guarantee by providing in PDF format (scan with signature);
7. The proposal must be supplemented by supporting documents specified in the qualification requirements.
