Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1.1. The commercial offer (PDF file) must be attached to the ETP.

1.2. The commercial offer must contain:
- the cost of delivery in each direction,
- payment terms,
- delivery time in each direction.

Requirements for vehicles and drivers:
- awnings: the presence of ADR; the presence of a workable body surface suitable for loading/unloading; the load capacity of the car according to the vehicle registration certificate - not less than the gross weight of the cargo; the absence of food advertising on board / awning; the presence of work clothes - overalls, signal vest, boots (shorts and flip-flops are not allowed);
- filling tanks: availability of ADR; availability of certificates of washing /steaming after the previous loading, AC with the possibility of maintaining the filling temperature of the product; the possibility of heating the product; the presence of drain taps and adapters.

Transportation involves not a one-time, but a permanent nature.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
